A. This is the Beginning Questionnaire (as a Word file) from Jan 18

1. browse within your file system to select the file you want to upload (click on the "browse" button)
2. then upload the file (click on the "upload" button)
3. you will then see your file in the list of files for the page/swiki (depending on how you set the radio buttons)
4. it will also insert a link to the file in this page at the bottom (yes, this is working now)
