Position Paper: Revealing the Long Tail in Office Conversations

Short Bio

I'm a 3rd year PhD student in Social Computing at Georgia Tech.
I interviewed 96 employees at HP Labs this summer and I'm still recovering.
When I have free time to have fun in Atlanta, I usually leave Atlanta and have fun somewhere else.
