We try to explore the reason by building a simulated neural model. programming language : C++/C & XPPAUT for what: Right now many psychopathic syndrome are, we think, relate to the abnormal Dopamin concentration and firing pattern of Dopaminergic Neuron. This model try to provide some insight of the reason. One neural model was build. With different value of the variable, The simulated firing pattern of the model can fit both situation. The variable in this model is Calcium concentration. (2) Computational Modeling: DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) Project problem: DBS project works fine in theory but not in our animal experiment.
