Rizwan Ansary I am inclined to understand the process of collaboration as I think that is a different aspect of the software design process. Also, collaboration is an area that I know least about. I have previously done usability analysis as part of my User Interface design class and I would be interested in knowing how collboration ties up with the various protocols (Think aloud, cognitive walkthroughs) that I learnt in that class. I am currently going through the book "The Rise of the Creative Class", by Richard Florida.
