Nate - Basemar Resident
As a resident very near this location I am excited to have more options to eat and be entertained but I not want it to cause to much traffic or late night noise in my area. I moved away from the hill for this reason and do not want to have another hill right next door.
What I will need to know would be:
- What kind of businesses will be moving in
- How much traffic will be produced
- How much noise will be produced
- How late will the businesses stay open
