Edit Laoleng Xiong - Bear Creek Resident

I am a graduate student who is living in the Bear Creek apartments. I attend school at the University and am also a working professional. I like to socialize but going to a cofee shop on the hill or downtown is too far for me to walk and I like to drive as little as possible. I also like to spend time outside but I don't want to bike/walk/drive all the way to Boulder's central park.

Some things I would need to know:

• Undeveloped land areas or space.
• How much of the redevelopment area is already slated for retail.
• Any plans for outdoor space development, ie. parks and playgrounds.
