What is your favorite web-based collaborative technology (provide a URL)?
My favority web-based collaborative technology is the Swiki.
What makes stand apart from the others you know about?
It stands out from the others, because it is one of the few environments I know that is truely collaborative and allows multiple users to modify and manipulate the system at the same time.
