It is assumed that, as the designer of the scenario, you have information (data, maps, design materials) that you wish to make available to the participants. The project builder supports the use of gif, jpeg, and png graphics as maps and icons. If you export maps from your GIS application, you can upload them to the database–you also need to specify the bounds associated with the uploaded map.
The project builder also supports the use of WMS (Web Map Server) resources. If you have Map Servers with your data available, you can create links from your project to the desired layers.
